On entering the villa you will be struck by the spaciousness of our modern home. The entrance hall leads into the living room where there are comfortable sofas, occasional tables, ambient lighting and plenty of room to relax, read a book, or play a board game or cards, all of which are supplied.

Overlooking the pool is the family room with cable television, DVD and sound system. One of the sofas quickly converts to a full size queen bed. The sliding glass doors lead to the pool and sun deck.

The dining room, perfect for a relaxing evening meal, overlooks the front garden through an arched picture window. The breakfast nook with family dining table is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen offering a full oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer with ice making facilities and dishwasher. The breakfast bar with bar stools offers additional space.

Full laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) are situated in the double garage.

The spacious master suite has a king size bed, television, walk-in wardrobes and sliding glass doors directly to the pool. The en-suite bathroom has a relaxing bath, his 'n' her wash basins and seperate shower room with seat.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, television, walk-in wardrobes and two windows, one of which overlooks the pool. The third bedroom has twin beds and walk-in wardrobes. Between these two bedrooms is the family bathroom with bath and shower.

Lazy days can be spent by the private 27' x 14' solar heated pool. The south facing sun bathing deck has a shaded dining area and sun loungers. This whole area is screened and overlooks a freshwater canal which is home to an abundance of Floridian wildlife A gas barbecue is provided for al fresco dining and the pool has underwater lighting enabling swimming into the late evening.

The villa is fully air conditioned and a broadband connection and telephone calls within the United States and Canada are provided free of charge.
